Student-Athlete Registration & Clearance
Annual Athletic Clearance Required
All student-athletes must complete the HomeCampus Athletic Clearance process each school year before participating in athletics.
As part of the online registration process, families must upload a completed Medical Clearance Form signed by a licensed physician. To be valid for the upcoming school year, the physical examination must be dated June 10 or later.
Athletic clearance must be approved before a student-athlete may participate in practices or competitions.

Transfer Student-Athletes
If a student-athlete attended another high school after beginning 9th grade, the parent/guardian and student must complete the NCS Parent/Student Certification Form as part of the CIF/NCS transfer eligibility process.
This form must be submitted to the Athletic Director before the student may be cleared for competition.
